With a bachelor’s degree in exercise and sport science and years of personal experience in athletics, he developed the four pillars of athletic excellence philosophy in the late 1990s as a framework to guide growth and achievement both on and off the court. The pursuit of excellence in sport requires a commitment to “train in the shadows” that helps each athlete and team build confidence to “compete in the spotlight” of championship moments. Dr. Miller will lead the setter cohorts and provide support for advanced cohorts across all positions.
